My interpretation of the traditional bifold- 4 card pockets holding up to 4 cards each and a large cash pocket on the outside of the wallet.  Compared to the traditional bifold with horizontal card pockets, this version has vertical pockets allowing a narrower width profile with a similar overall thickness.
